Koren Dixon

Transformational Change Manager

With 25 years experience delivering change at Shell across various business lines and programs, including IT infrastructure, asset management, trading and digital, Koren is currently the Transformational Change Lead for Shell’s global Digital Twin program.  She has been involved with Shell’s Digital Twin efforts for the past 5 years, beginning with the early refining pilots. Her expertise includes change management methodology and practice, asset management processes, and how IT systems support those processes.  Koren’s focus is on enabling and supporting the assets so they can embed the Twin in their daily processes and deliver tangible value to Shell.

Seth Taylor

Digital Twin Technical Advisor

Seth Taylor is Digital Twin Technical Advisor at Chevron Technical Center, where he supports enterprise activities to develop and deliver digital twin solutions to Chevron’s global operating assets.  As Smart Facilities Program Manager since 2015, he worked closely with Chevron's Upstream and Downstream business units to accelerate asset digitization via digital capture, 3D visualization, equipment analytics, and scalable data integration. His team’s work in this space helped to establish the technical foundation for subsequent digital twin implementations across Chevron. Seth has worked in technology development and deployment for over 20 years, including prior positions with General Electric and Northrop Grumman. He joined Chevron in 2012 and is currently based in El Segundo, California.

With over 30 years of experience in the process automation and controls space, Susana is a seasoned sales professional and a digital technology enthusiast. As a Customer Acquisition Manager at Kongsberg Digital, Susana works in a consultative manner to assist clients with their reliability, safety, and operational excellence challenges in upstream and downstream. Susana is passionate about enabling industrial digital transformation and helping clients realize their full operational potential.

With over 30 years of expertise in senior leadership and strategy roles, Grant is a transformative leader who excels in organizational restructuring and driving businesses to new performance levels. Currently serving as VP of Sales and Business Transformation at Kongsberg Digital, he is praised for being a visionary, collaborative strategist, and top-tier team builder in the energy industry and has been involved in developing the digital blueprint for LNG Canada. Grant holds an Engineering degree from the University of Auckland and an MBA from Rice Business.
