Stian Tangen brings a practical aspect as he started out as a certified chemical process operator and have later acquired a BsC in Material Sciences and then MsC degree in Chemical Engineering. He has been with Kongsberg for more than 11 years and have had multiple positions, starting out as a process engineer building and creating value from dynamic simulations using K-Spice & LedaFlow. He then progressed into improving the product K-Spice, and now takes an overarching role of how we see the products K-Spice / LedaFlow and other simulation tools fit into Kognitwin.

Roger holds a MSc in Process Automation (HIT) and a MSc in Technology Management (NTNU, MIT). Hands on experience from working with oil and gas control systems offshore, later simulators for engineering and design verification. In 2017 he joined KDI, currently working in Customer Success where he is passionate about digitalization, new ways of working, and how simulators can transition to play an even more active role in operations in combination with new technologies. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves working in the interface between business and technology.
